By accessing or using AlertForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.
AlertForge provides Amazon marketplace monitoring services including Buy Box tracking, hijacker detection, price monitoring, inventory tracking, review monitoring, and competitor intelligence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.
You may not use AlertForge to scrape data for resale, interfere with Amazon's systems, violate Amazon's Terms of Service, or engage in any illegal activity. Automated access beyond our API is prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase for annual plans.
AlertForge monitors publicly available Amazon marketplace data. We do not access your Amazon Seller Central account unless you explicitly authorize an integration.
AlertForge is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for lost revenue, Buy Box losses, or other damages resulting from monitoring delays, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of AlertForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
